TRAIN this!

Will teach pureTRAINING and pureCYCLING at a few of the bigger events in the Nordic countries the upcoming spring. That will kick ass! (yours to if you choose to take it..) Will post you a few clips of the classes when I have time to film it!

Also got the schedule for the Educaions I will do for Nike with Nike Training Club -Training for runners during the spring. So if yo are in Sweden, Finland or Denmark BEWARE! It´s gonna be an exclusive class for SATS just at Nike Dynamic Training was last year…

With the Les Mills initial trainings and quarterlies and other conventions around Europe. I think we have a packed an AMAZING spring coming… Not TO packed, just a good balance between work and personal life…
