Hmm…. Sunday afternoon, and I was supposed to a trial of my pureTRAINING class tonite with a few hardcore people, including Åsa and Soffan. However, I kinda ruptured something in an old injury earlier this week, so I could not do serius kick training and plyo (a BIG part of pureTRAINING).. So, I ended up subbing a BODYCOMBATⓇ class, and did a testdrive of the new release..
How it was? Hahahahaha…. The club had just started with BODYCOMBATⓇ, so about 50% had never ever tried it before. And my style of teaching can sometimes be a bit, how should I put it; INTENSE
BUT they enjoyed it, and alot of people came up after the class, loving the training!
BC47 is AWESOME!! Big kudos to Dan C for this one, but maybe I should not SCREAM the lyrics in the Muai Thai track out so loud? ”with my fist in you face, and your face on the floor…” but HEY, thats my style! So crew, prepare for a war at the Nike BLAST!

Ofcourse Im talking about the Nike BLAST! Just emailed with my friend Josef Matthews and talked about what tracks to teach in BODYCOMBAT47… And I gotta say, 47 is probably the BEST release in a few years, absolutly LOVE it.. it’s mean, hard and fast just as ME!
Then pureTRAINING, my own class. Man, been waiting for this one. It all started in NYC this past summer, where I did a MMA-bootcamp class, HIIT-training class and Plyo-class…
Then I just mixed them into ONE CRAZY WORKOUT! Hope to C U guys there!
And, in the BIG ROOM me and the (FIT) Nike crew will do Nike GET FIT! I will do the part ” make yourself STRONG” and, I WILL!
Alright, weekend is over…. And that SUCKS! It would have been better to work 2 days and be of 5…
Saturday was spent at ”Allt för hälsan mässan” and ”best of the best”… We were just there to have a look and we meet som cool people, and som NOT very cool people. Let me explain…
WTF is up with the people still looking like they are stuck in the 1990´s? Bulky, TANNED, spiked hair (with WAY to much gel) and Better Bodies or GASP outfits?? Man, you can have a style AND be in the Fitness Industry, I think??
Today was the last day before I start my ”get fit ASAP diet” and my ”get back in SHAPE” workout routine… Should be fun to see how long it takes to get into OK shape… A friend suggested to try an experiment, to eat 1,3 kilo of MEAT a day, he is trialing that now.. And I might try that myself! Gonna cut sugar first, and that will probably be HARD for me… I have a serius SWEET tooth…
Training also starts tomorrow… Morning cardio will be BODYPUMP or HIIT on the treadmill, and will try to get that in 4 times a week. Then Martial arts twice a week, yoga twice a week, 1 HEAVY (4-6 reps) leg and 1 HEAVY upperbody gym session, then probably my normal amount of classes that I teach, but that is not training…
Since I came to NYC I have done MMA, Muai Thai, Jeet Kune Do, and Panatukan… Some cool martial arts (Panatukan is really nasty…)
However, I wanna try something new… Maybe this:
What do you think? I like Muai Thai cuz its not ”fancy” and the agression of it… I sucked at Jeet Kune Do, but it was a really cool martial art. MMA was tough, we mostly did groundwork and I missed the striking… Think Im gonna take a few classes of Krav maga!
Next week I will do a Super Q up in Poukipsie (or something like that..) just a hour away from the city so no flights needed this time… Feels great to be on ”home turf” after Beeing on the WC and Utah last round. Im gonna teach BODYCOMBAT, BODYPUMP and RPM and the lineup is testosterone HEAVY! There will be meat on that stage for sure..
